You can easily transport the eFoldi power scooter in a suitcase, cruise, airplane or public transport. It also comes with a USB charger, a horn, reversing beeps and light system.
You can purchase the eFoldi with battery packs. One is safe for everyday use and the other is for airlines.

And the best part? There’s no assembly required! All you do is charge the chair for 2-4 hours, plug in the joystick and you are ready to go.
The eFoldi Electric Scooter is intended for people who suffer from circulatory, respiratory, neurological or other health conditions that affect their mobility. Electric scooters are NOT recommended for those suffering from spinal cord injuries. If you are unsure whether an electric scooter is right for you, consult your doctor.
Whereas a typical electric scooter can weigh anywhere from 100-150 lbs. The eFoldi Electric Scooter has been engineered with efficiency in mind. As such it tips the scales at a very trim 35 lbs. while retaining the carrying capacity of much heavier chairs. Charging the battery on your eFoldi Electric Scooter is a simple and safe procedure. Just make sure the chair is turned OFF when charging. If the power is left on while charging it may cause damage to various electrical components and void the warranty. Again, turn the chair OFF when charging. Yes. There are no restrictions against bringing your eFoldi Electric Scooter on a commercial airline or private plane. Different airlines, however, may have slightly different procedures for accommodating you. As such, it is always best to contact your airline beforehand and alert them to your situation.
Yes. But it is likely you will need to obtain a converter in order to change the voltage or an adapter to ensure you will be able to plug into the local wall socket.
The standard eFoldi Electric Scooter has a maximum carrying capacity of 260 lbs. (118 kilograms).

Delivery time depends on the delivery method you have chosen. Keep in mind that it takes 1 day to process your order and prepare it for shipping. That does not change no matter which delivery method you choose. Once the order is ready to ship it will take 4-5 business days to arrive if you choose FedEx Ground (free), 2 days if you choose FedEx 2-Day Air ($299.95) and 1 day if you choose FedEx overnight ($399.95). At this time we do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.
Your eFoldi Electric Scooter comes with 2 brand new lithium-ion batteries so you always have one ready to go. If you still wish to purchase an additional battery or batteries, you can do so through our Parts page.
We offer a full array of replacement parts for the eFoldi Electric Scooter on our Parts page. This includes everything from armrests, to joysticks, to seat cushions, wheels and more.
If you are not completely satisfied with your chair you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. Just make sure the chair is clean and in its original packaging and that you obtain a return authorization number prior to sending the chair. There will also be a 10% restocking fee on any returned chair.
Each eFoldi Electric Scooter carries a 5-year warranty on the frame and a 1year warranty on electrical components, including the battery.

The best thing you can do to ensure your eFoldi Electric Scooter is always in tip-top shape is to keep it clean. Don’t allow dirt and debris to accumulate on the wheels and undercarriage and wipe down all components of the chair on a regular basis. Beyond that, an annual maintenance check is also recommended to ensure everything is in good working order. Please see the “maintenance” section of our website to learn more.
