The delivery time of the lightweight wheelchair you ordered depends on the delivery method you have chosen. Keep in mind that it takes 1 day to process your order and prepare it for shipping. That does not change no matter which delivery method you choose. Once the order is ready to ship it will take 4-5 business days to arrive if you choose FedEx Ground (free), 2 days if you choose FedEx 2-Day Air ($299.95) and 1 day if you choose FedEx overnight ($399.95). At this time we do not offer expedited shipping for international orders.

If you are not completely satisfied with your chair you have 60 days from the date of purchase to return it to us. Just make sure the chair is clean and in its original packaging and that you obtain a return authorization number prior to sending the chair. There will also be a 10% restocking fee on any returned chair.
Each Featherweight 13.5 lbs. Chair carries a 1-year warranty on the frame and 6 months on parts.

The best thing you can do to ensure your Feather Chair is always in tip-top shape is to keep it clean. Don’t allow dirt and debris to accumulate on the wheels and undercarriage and wipe down all components of the chair on a regular basis.
